Marcus is a Vancouver-based yoga instructor who discovered yoga 11 years ago and has made it apart of his everyday life since. He is a full-time instructor who teaches hot, hatha, and vinyasa-based yoga. He believes that yoga is a mechanism for people to connect deeper to their mind and body. Allowing people to dive deeper with their inner-self; making them more mindful, more present, and more authentic. Marcus provides a safe space for his students to explore, grow, and transform in order to unlock their limitless potential.
